Text to Speech:
Natural Reader: naturalreaders.com/online. This website allows students to drag and drop files, or copy and paste text, to have it read aloud. It also allows students to convert text into a font that is user friendly for readers with dyslexia.
Text2Speech: text2speech.org. This site allows students to copy and paste text and heave it read aloud.

Translation:
Google Translate: translate.google.com. This website allows students to copy and paste text, or drag and drop files, to have it translate from English to another language (more than 100 different languages from which to choose).
