VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY & FREE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) will be hosting its Area Conference on Science Education right here in Reno, Nev. on October 11-13, 2018, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Sean Hill, Sierra Nevada Journeys Education Director, will be co-presenting about our second-grade program, Classroom Engineers. This Classrooms Unleashed program is hosted in partnership with The Discovery and will sure be a must-see session. Also, Sean is recruiting volunteers for the conference and you can earn free registration. This year’s theme, “Elevate Science by Digging Deeper” is attracting a huge crowed with more than 2,000 attendees.
