NSTA Conference Coming to Reno, Nev.


VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY & FREE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) will be hosting its Area Conference on Science Education right here in Reno, Nev. on October 11-13, 2018, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Sean Hill, Sierra Nevada Journeys Education Director, will be co-presenting about our second-grade program, Classroom Engineers. This Classrooms Unleashed program is hosted in partnership with The Discovery and will sure be a must-see session. Also, Sean is recruiting volunteers for the conference and you can earn free registration. This year’s theme, “Elevate Science by Digging Deeper” is attracting a huge crowed with more than 2,000 attendees. Eight hours will earn you 50 percent off registration and 16 hours will cover 100 percent of your registration fee. Learn more about NSTA’s conference at nsta.org/reno.
