You’ll get to do hands-on science activities including:
Learn about why birds have different beaks by trying out different tools that simulate a bird’s beak.Explore how water flows through Nevada’s watersheds.
Test your skills at creating a miniature lightning bolt and find out what causes lightning in the sky.
Explore the stunning surroundings at River Fork Ranch Preserve. This 800-acre preserve is comprised of meadows and wetlands where you’ll find sandhill cranes, monarch butterflies, leopard frogs, pond turtles, mule deer, and bald eagles.
