Danielle Vitale is an experienced project coordinator with a passion for fostering connections and giving back to her community. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
Before Sierra Nevada Journeys, Danielle served as an Events and Community Coordinator at Stanford University, where she used a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to curate engaging seminars and symposiums for their Chemical Biology and Neuroscience research groups. These events created meaningful experiences and facilitated engagement within the broader university community.
From fourth grade through college, Danielle dedicated her summers to an outdoor school nestled in the foothills of Saratoga, CA. What began as a simple attendance evolved into a deeper commitment, progressing from participant to volunteer and eventually to a part-time field instructor. This journey has afforded her firsthand insight into the profound impact of outdoor education programs.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Danielle enjoys spending time with her dogs, Winnie and Lola. She also performs with Tap Explosion, a professional tap dance company based in the SF Bay Area.
